Wade's dance career all began when he was two years old dancing to Michael Jackson videos, and especially when watcing his brother's video tape on the making of Michael's music video "Thriller." After a year, Wade had the whole routine memorized.

At the age of five, he entered a Michael Jackson look-a-like contest for ages eight and up, where he performed his Michael Jackson moves. Although people didn't think he could do it, he won the contest with a prize of meeting Michael Jackson himself.

Soon he joined the Johnny Young Talent School and started doing shows, and that was when he fell in love with America while he was at Disney. When Wade was eight, he moved to America along with his mother and sister. He started working with Michael on the videos "Black or White," "Jam," and "Heal the World" which got Wade into dancing in other artists' videos.

When Wade was 10, he appeared in commercials and co-starred in episodes of the show "Full House." He also performed in the 65th Annual Academy Awards to a routine choreographed by Debbie Allen.

A year later, Wade got discovered once again, but this time with his rapping and singing talent. He became part of the rap group Quo along with another kid under Michael Jackson's label MJJ Music and traveled for two years. From being around production people at lot, Wade got interested in music production and got his own studio and started writing and producing music.

When Wade was 12, he started subbing at Moro Landis Millenium Dance Complex in Los Angeles, CA, and soon he got his own class three times a week because of the demand. So much demand that he had 40-50 people attend a class. He also started teaching at Tremaine Dance Studios and the Edge Performing Arts Center also in L.A. He also acted in the movie "Kazaam" as a bully named Elito and even produced a song for the soundtrack with Shaquille O'Neal, "We Genie."

Years later, Wade had worked on many projects, including choreographing and producing Immature's "Watch Me Do My Thang" video and performances on the Kid's Choice Awards and 7th America's Teacher's Awards, starting on the dance convention circuit with Tremaine, producing the title song for the Mystery Men movie, "Who Are Those Mystery Men?", and producing Youngstown's single "Pedal to the Steel."

When Wade was 16, he started doing more choreography and production work, including for Britney Spears, which he produced and choreographed the opening number in her tour. He also did the choreography for Britney Spears in her VMA's 1999 performance (and danced in it too along with his fellow friend Dan Karaty) and produced *NSYNC's music for their performance as well.

The next year, Wade also worked on the music and choreography for the European VMA's with Britney on the songs "Crazy" and "Baby One More Time." He worked with IMX on their new video and even choreographed Genuine's new video "None of Your Friend's Business" which is a remake of the "Thriller" video. He also started traveling with Tremaine on their dance convention circuit and *NSYNC wanted him to produce and write on their new album.

Wade started doing more work for *NSYNC, including writing, producing and choreographing some tracks on their upcoming cd Celebrity. He even filled in for the group member Joey Fatone's dancing in the music video of "Pop" because of an injury the day before. Wade had choreographed, co-produced and co-wrote the song.
